Wizz Forum is an easily configurable discussion forum built on PHP and MySQL. It is unashamedly modelled (although far from being anywhere as good) on the forums at java.sun.com. Installation - Before running Wizz Forum you need to change the database values in ForumGolbals.php to reflect your own MySQL settings. After modifying ForumGlobals.php, run the file called ForumCreateDB.php. ForumCreateDB.php will attempt create the necessary tables and fields in your instance of MySQL. And away you go. You can also modify other values in ForumGlobals.php to change colours, border widths, font size, etc. The latest version includes a few simple management tools.
There are a couple of WAP browser detectors, however this script uses a simple debugging tool written by myself to identify the browser name so you can include it in the list. The main browser detection script is shared by several sources, however it lacks support for the TagTag.com WAP emulator or certain other browsers. That is where the debugger comes in and allows you to see the browser name. Works great! Read the Readme.txt for more instructions and details.
