Every new registered user will get their own URL to promote. When a visitor comes to your site, the system will automatically assign a sponsor (generally, it is the person that referred that visitor to your site) and one random member.
When the visitor decides to signup, he will pay the sponsor fee first ,than he is redirected to the random member(s) pages and he pays the random member fee. The last step is to pay the site owner (site administrator) a fee. (config.)
From this moment on he will get his own URL to promote, and you will earn cash every time a new user signups through that URL.
