consultDB is a PHP front end to a MySql database that we (siliconsys.com) use to allow our consultants to log their mileage, time and details for consultations with our clients. consultDB currently supports mileage log, time tracking, extensible reports, and easy editing.
I originally designed this program for a discount software store in Boston. The owner wanted to start a website to sell excess inventory. The store had its own credit card swiper and they processed the orders manually instead of using a merchant service. It can be modified to use a service. I also used this script for a garage band to sell their music CDs. It does not require a MySQL database for simplicity. When the order is completed, an email receipt to the customer and to you.

This script generates the popup code necessary for creating a JAVA popup. Currently it can generate the code for launching the popup through a regular link, through hovering over a link, and by loading it automatically via the OnLoad event.
