Destiney Scripts is a commercial web application written in PHP for use with MySQL. pRated allows visitors to your site to list their pictures and have it rated by other members on a scale of 1-10. It also allows visitors to send other members Private Messages, as well as leave comments. Viewing and reviewing members can be accomplished in a number of ways, and many options are available to encourage member interaction.
This is a simple voting script written in PHP3. You simply enter the question and possible answer options within the script. It blocks multiple voting by the same user using cookies and requires SSI.
Ditto Poll is a web-based voting package that requires PHP and MySQL. Ditto Polls is a popular voting PHP script for websites. The script will count votes and display the overall results. Multiple databases supported. Takes only one vote from each person each day.
DWsurvey is a PHP/MySQL/GD powered, automated, web based survey generation and analysis program. From a web based administration area you can create and manage an unlimited number of surveys and questions which can be grouped together and generate online reports and graphs in HTML, CSV, XML or PDF.
In addition to surveys you can also create polls with instant public results.
Survey system application has been developed as a senior project in the CIS program at UNF under Dr. Solano. It was developed for the Advising Department but to this day has not been implemented on their web site due to lack of funds. With Dr. Solano’s and my coauthors’ permission I am making this program available under the GPL license.
Survey is the more complex of the two. The survey system allows the administrator to build multiple surveys dynamically (although in a sometimes restricted manner) from survey description, to different kind of questions and different choices to even specifying which questions are required to be answered. The administrator may then create extremely detailed reports from the filled out questionnaires and even export them to Excel.
