A PHP application analyzing the visits of Googlebot in real-time. You include a script on each page of your site (you can choose the pages where you include it, only those ones will be analyzed). When Googlebot comes to crawl one page, her visit is recorded in a MySQL database. You select a period of time and real-time statistics are given: nb of visits of Google, nb of different pages viewed by Google, average nb of visits per day, list of all pages viewed by Google within the analyzed period, with the time (when viewed once) and the occurrence.
