The script allows the management of web development projects through a platform offering high standards of internal and client communcations, featuring integrated feedback and review cycles. The internal messaging system can be configured to send messages when tasks/projects/hours/slides are added/modified/deleted/approved (completed). Every user can send messages to the other users involved in the same project (programmers/clients) and the admin.
The preview tool offers the possibility to receive client feedback during the development cycle. The slides showing different tasks/subtasks can be viewed and validated by the clients. All comments are registered and displayed together with the slide.
The admin can define:
- user accounts (clients and programmers)
- user rights (project creation, task creation, approval rights and hours management rights excluding the approval)
- projects
- tasks inside projects and dependencies
The management of hours worked is simple - all hours worked can be approved by the client when a task is considered finished. Reports can be generated on a per project / task basis or for different time intervals.
