simplemb is a basic guestbook (message board) that uses a text file to store posts. It can be added to a site with only two lines of PHP code. You can specify the font and alternating row colors by setting variables. The latest updated release includes several small bug fixes.
Smart Guestbook is a PHP script for guestbook that has the following features:
- add message form with fields: name, email, message, "private" check and "response required" check";
- message listings with configurable number of messages per page;
- administration section where you approve messages, delete or see private messages;
- notification sent to owner after each entry submitted. If "private" flag is set, message will not appear online;
- show/hide/delete messages from admin section;
classes for a small Ticker/Guestbook/Shoutbox based on an e-mail account. users can send a SMS message (Short Message Service) using their GSM cell phone or a normal mail client.
