Each time a new Bubble is bought, the first bubble of the List is burst if enough money have been collected to get the burst amount of the spend back. If it is not the case, then the list will not change and will wait to have enough to be able to burst the first Bubble. If no new Bubble is bought during the restart timer, all Bubbles are deleted and a new Game can start ...
