A PHP Script which uses sockets to connect to an IRC server as the basis for any further BOT development in PHP, The bot is intended to be run from the CLI from an SSH connection.
IRC Quoter lets users paste IRC quotes which are automatically converted to HTML acceptable output and stored. Quotes are displayed with optional date headings, colour and quote length (bytes) with the most recently added quotes at the top. Maximum character amounts can be specified. No database is required.
