VisualTextbox - Online HTML Editor

VisualTextbox is an online HTML editor. It allows final user to format text, add links, tables, etc... thanks to a floating control panel, and everything from his web browser, without having to know about HTML code.

The editor has been developped to be used as easily as any HTML form element, and more precisely as a replacement of the TEXTAREA form element.

Technologies used are PHP 4, DHTML and JScript. On server side, the VisualTextbox control can be easily integrated in a PHP page, and on the browser side it requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.

Several VisualTextbox controls can be used in the same page, sharing the floating control panel, but with their data staying independant.

The user interface is at the moment available in english, french, spanish (thanks to Hugo Gomez), german (thanks to Ulrich Wolf) and polish (thanks to Wojtek Slowakiewicz) and can easily be translated in another language.

VisualTextbox is distributed under the LGPL licence. It means you can redistribute and/or modify it freely and use it in any free or proprietary software.

cP Account Creator
This script allows users to add an email account, a MySQL database, FTP user, and create a subdomain all with one simple form. There is no skin, just simply add the contents of several files to you existing pages. There is a very simple admin area that allows deletion of accounts and viewing of the account information. The latest version allows for the incorporation of a few user requested mods that add new features such as adding a password protected directory to the users directory and sending welcome emails. There is also a mod to disable email account creation, while other functions remain enabled. This script is extremely flexible and , there have been few bugs reported. This script is likely to remain Beta since functions are added often.

Safe HTML is a function that removes unwanted HTML tags. This is particularly useful for "cleaning" form input that is to be viewed on a HTML page.

The Bunghole
Bunghole is a link indexing system with no sub-categories. Links can be viewed sorted in many ways, has a voting system (listed sites can be rated from their sites as well) that blocks double-voting. Furthermore, it has a newsletter mailing list and comes with a sample database of 300 links (from the Bunghole database). The code is a bit buggy but is an excellent example to show you how to make your own simple link index sites. Bunghole is written in PHP, and uses a MySQL database on backend.
