BTS BugTrack is a bug tracking system built with PHP and MySQL. It has been designed from the ground up to enable individual, or groups of developers to keep track of outstanding bugs during development stages.
BTS BugTrack supports unlimited users, unlimited projects, and unlimited bug reports. Most elements of the software are fully configurable by the administrator to enable the software to fit into just about any situation.
Mail notifications built in will notify the user each time they report a bug, or their report is updated, or closed.

With FormProtect you can add extra security to any website. FormProtect is a image verification script that when placed on a form such as a signup page, it creates a image with random numbers and letters which must be typed in perfectly to verify and continue. This script uses encrypted server side variables so it doesnt need MySQL.
Based on the Perl script, AlienForm, Mailer reads in all submitted variables and can accomplish a variety of tasks, including writing the data to a log file, creating custom browser output, or sending a formatted text e-mail. In addition, this script actually works on Windows platforms.
